SPARTA GRIP
GENERAL INFORMATION
Business Hours: Open Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. After hours and weekends by appointment only.
Rental Period: The minimum rental period is one day. Equipment must be returned by 10:00 a.m. to avoid an extra day charge. Special weekly package rates are available.
Cancellations: 24-hours cancellation notice required or one full day-rate will apply to bill.
Insurance: Renter shall provide their own insurance to cover the book value of equipment rented for all loss and damage and liability coverage for all vehicle rentals. Certificates of insurance, or verification from insurance company that they are forthcoming, must be made available to Sparta Grip., prior to release of equipment. See Insurance requirements page for details.
Liability: Sparta Grip is in no way responsible for any liabilities, claims, costs or expenses arising out of the use or possession of its equipment. Our equipment is constantly maintained and it is thoroughly checked and tested. We encourage you to inspect and test the equipment at time of pick-up or delivery.
Shipments: All shipments made outside Los Angeles by air or surface at the renter's request and any and all freight charges will be invoiced accordingly. All rented equipment returned to Sparta Grip must be shipped prepaid. Rental does not end until equipment is received by Sparta Grip, unless previous arrangements have been made.
Damaged Equipment: All equipment is rented in good condition and is to be returned in same condition. Any repair work necessary shall be paid by the renter. If unit is damaged beyond repair, renter shall pay full replacement price.
Missing Equipment: Renter is responsible for returning equipment to Sparta Grip. Equipment not returned will accrue rental charges until equipment is replaced Renter shall pay full replacement price. Rental cost will not be deducted from replacement cost.
Payment: All payments to be made in U.S. dollars only and payment is COD.

Sparta Grip reserves the right to refuse service and/or credit to anyone.
